Noodle Soup (Hu Tieu & Mi)
Hearty noodle soup made with chicken broth, served with fresh herbs, beansprouts, chillies and fresh lemon wedges on the side. Choice of rice or egg noodles.
Pho
Beef or chicken broth served with thick flat rice noodles, featuring fresh basil, beansprouts, chopped fresh chilies and a wedge of lemon. Hoisin & chilli dipping sauce.

Rice Vermicelli Salad
Warm rice vermicelli accompanied by bed of finely chopped iceberg lettuce, cucumber, beansprouts and mixed fresh mints, topped with shredded pickled carrots, crushed peanuts and shallots. All served with pre-made fish sauce.
Steamed Fine Rice Vermicelli
Fine rice vermicelli noodles steamed with fried onions and shallots, served with crispy iceberg lettuce, fresh mint and topped with crushed peanuts. Serving suggestion: hand roll and dip with fish sauce

Canh Chua va Ca Kho To
Vietnamese sour soup (Canh Chua). A traditional southern Vietnamese meal usually served with rice or rice vermicelli. Canh Chua is a clear broth with fresh vegetables, based on two distinctive flavours – sweet and sour. Typically it includes pineapples, tomatoes, beansprouts, tamarind, various fresh herbs and is garnished with fried garlic and shallots.
It is accompanied by Ca Kho To (caramelised fish in clay pot), and will not be completed without Nuoc Mam (raw fish sauce) as a condiment.
